All passengers will board the boat at The Shark on the Harbor Restaurant – 12924 Sunset Ave, Ocean City, MD 21842

With the USCG (U.S. Coast Guard) regulations we can only accommodate 6 passengers at a time.

Your excursion can run 2-4 or 6 hours (daytime) and 2 -4 hours (evening).

Yes your deposit will secure the day & time of your choice and your crew (Captain and First Mate).

Each Deposit will be determined by the length of each excursion.

Yes you will be refunded your Deposit at the conclusion of your excursion.

Yes, for reasons such as canceling within 48hrs – Unruly behavior – jumping or falling overboard, or if there is any serious damage to the boat or equipment during your scheduled cruise.

Because of the unpredictability of Mother Nature we along with your Captain will make a Captains Call on whether the boat will leave the Dock or not, since the boat is a Houseboat we do have an interior in case of showers or extreme heat.

Notice: once you have secured your scheduled cruise and Crew with your deposit there are NO Cancellations unless we cancel due to extreme weather conditions, if you decide to cancel for any other reason you are subject to a non-refunded deposit.

No it is up to you to bring your own food and snacks onboard.

Suggestions: purchase deli meats and cheeses from the grocery store and pre-make sandwiches or subs and place in Ziploc bags or containers, also if you are bringing children make sure they have their favorite snacks & drinks or you are welcome to place an order from the Mad Fish Charter Menu the night before…

No we do not! But we do supply the Ice and Coolers, you must supply any Beverages you and your party wish to consume.

Suggestions: The Caribbean Favorite is Rum Punch, you supply the ingredients and we supply the Ice and 5 gallon punch jug or you can bring Beer and Wine aboard, (NO GLASS BOTTLES) Aluminum Cans and Bottles are acceptable.

No! we supply enough USCG approved life vest for each passenger, you may bring your personal PFD vest if you already have one that fits you,  children that cannot swim will be required to wear a fitted PFD (you supply) while onboard.

Yes, there will be plenty of spots that the captain can stop and let everyone take a cool dip in the water depending on the length of your scheduled excursion.

Yes, there is a private Bathroom (Head) with a new marine toilet and fresh water sink to wash hands…

Things you may want to bring would be: Sun Screen, Sun Glasses, Swim suits, Dry Clothing, Towels, Water Shoes or deck shoes (flip Flops are ok but not recommended).

Yes, due to insurance liability regulations each passenger is required to read and sign our Liability Waiver before boarding the boat.

Yes we also offer: single and double Tube riding experiences, because of the increase usage of fuel while tubing an additional charge is required.
